Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Term: 3 Months Contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound contacts from internal and/or external clients applying some advanced skills and procedures to provide a high level of value and service the client
- Calls average 50-60 outbound calls or emails a day
- May be required to work non-traditional hours to meet customer needs
- Must be able to wear a telephone headset and sit for extended periods
- We are reaching out for information that is missing on a participant's transaction or request
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 2 to 4 years of related work experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to type 35 wpm
- Strong customer service, organizational and telephone skills required
- Must be: self-motivated, able to work in a team environment, able to multi-task, detail oriented and able to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines
- Requires basic computer skills
- Would need to have secure and stable internet connection and a designated working station as this will be a remote position
Preferred Skills:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Detail oriented, with the ability to cite reference materials and make independent decision.
- Proficient typing skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingual (Nice to Have)
