Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Cumberland RI 02864
Term: 5 Months
- This position will be responding to inbound calls related to COVID-19 inquiries from customers.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior call center experience
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Proficient in MS Office Preferred Bi-lingual a plus
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred.
