Responsibilities include: customer inquiries, processing orders and purchasing, follow-up on all orders, confirming delivery dates, scheduling shipments and expediting, quoting customers, assisting salespeople as needed and communicating with them regarding customer needs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with an ability to organize and follow through.
Although part of a team, the Account Manager works independently and for this reason, attention to detail is critical. It is a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking is necessary.
The ability to proficiently use Microsoft office programs is necessary. Our order processing software is SL Dynamics.
