Long term contract Opportunity!

Position:  Content Developer 
Location: Remote
Term: 18 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Write customer marketing content, which includes researching the topic and conducting interviews with subject matter experts to create compelling, differentiated content for both digital and templated collateral assets
  • Write clear and compelling email, web copy, and other digital assets that tailor towards specific products/solutions, personas, and customer lifecycle stages.
  • Modify, edit, or revise existing assets or content based on customer lifecycle marketing program objective, target audience, or tactic.
  • Work with individuals across the organization, including the Company's Content Team, Product Marketing, and other subject matter experts, to understand company products and solutions and ensure that copy is compelling, customer-focused and technically accurate
  • Partner with Customer Marketing Program Managers to develop a content plan to support program strategy and goals including content gap analysis, recommendations, and content development timelines
  • Collaborate with the Company's Content Studio, brainstorming creative solutions to optimize customer marketing content for organic search success
  • Track effectiveness of customer marketing content; Work with team members focused on content analytics and SEO to ensure that we’re using data to inform content creation, promotion, and optimization
  • Understand and use of the Company's brand guidelines, including corporate style guide, voice and tone

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • A portfolio that demonstrates excellent writing and familiarity with a range of content types, including technical writing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in copywriting, including technical writing experience
  • Comfortable working with corporate style guides and within marketing asset templates
  • Ability to write in Company’s conversational, engaging, and accessible voice
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Experience using data to inform content decisions, such as determining keywords for organic ranking purposes
  • Ability to interview subject matter experts with confidence and competence and use that input to write compelling, differentiated content
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals in creative, technical, and business roles
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Associated Press style
  • Ability to effectively provide, accept, and apply feedback
