Long Term Contract Opportunity!

Position:  Customer Information Analyst
Location: Houston, TX 77017
Term: 9 Months Contract

Schedule: 7 to 4 with 1 hr. unpaid lunch

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 

  • Maintenance of market sales tax certificates
  • Research sales tax refunds and credits
  • Ability to resolve Arctree cases pursuant to sales tax issues
  • Capable of interpreting and adhering to individual state tax guidelines 
  • Monitors and ensures all forms are submitted with complete and accurate data
  • Create task assignments within team utilizing CDM Task Manager – adhere to SLA 24-48 hrs.
  • Reviews and determines how to resolve field requests
  • Process customer maintenance requests  
  • Analyze Customer Masterfiles for correct/updated hierarchy and key business process data points
  • Maintain, update and document Customer Masterfiles guidelines and requirements
  • Partner with supporting teams to leverage knowledge, processes, and best practices
  • Reporting – CMB, Excel, ERT and Tableau

  • Knowledge of Global Control and Compliance policies
  • Administer pricing submission for TPM and Non-TPM accounts related to Co-Op processing

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Intermediate skill sets – CMB, ArcTree, DEAL, TPM, ERT, CETS, Tableau reporting, Task Manager, or training ability
  • Knowledge of Zoom application including scheduling, presenting, and placing phone calls
  • Associates degree in Business preferred with 1 to 3 years general business experience/customer service or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
