Great opportunity for a contract to hire Customer Care Specialist role.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Type: 3- month contract to hire
- Handle inbound calls, gather information, research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track and document customer interactions in our CRM software system to include clear and concise notes for each action taken.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to resolve issues and achieve satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner; provide accurate and complete information using software tools.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish is highly desirable.
- 1-3 years of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience.
- Must be detailed oriented; able to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills to perform multiple tasks quickly and effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers.
