Position: Credentialing Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona 85260
Hourly Rate: $33.47/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Monitor high volume of incoming email activity, respond to emails accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Verify and document status of pharmacy credentials from primary source.
  • Pharmacy communication and issue resolution via phone, email, and or Bizfax.
  • Perform research related to pharmacy credentials.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.

Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of related experience is required.
  • Education or experience equivalent to a 4-year college degree is required.
  • This is a data entry position and requires a high degree of attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Mid to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is required.
  • Preferred 75WPM, 100% accuracy rate..
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and in a concise professional manner.
  • Direct communication with pharmacies (calling, emailing, & faxing).
  • Verbal communication skills, polite, professional, clear enunciation, and good tone.
  • Email professionalism and etiquette are key, along with spelling and good grammar (verbal/written).
  • Candidates must be computer savvy (working with internet, knowing and understanding terms such as browser, clear cookies, mapping and navigating network drives, navigating various systems, importing/exporting various file types, formulas, pivot tables).
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is preferred.
  • Strong communications skills, detail oriented and flexible.
