Dynamic contract opportunity with a progressive commercial real estate services company.
Position: COVID Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $27.24/hr.
Term: 2 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Work in Zoom observing CBRE employees take COVID tests online and confirming test results in our database.
  • Sometimes serve as Zoom room coordinator:
    • Helping to manage traffic once employees enter the main Zoom room
    • Moving into private breakout rooms for observations
    • Being in the private rooms doing the observations.
  • Interview employees on the phone and accurately filling out appropriate forms and making initial determinations on quarantine decisions for each case.
  • Determinations are then routed to our Quality Control Management team for review before final notification goes out to employees.

  • Above average verbal communication.
  • Ability to listen and accurately transcribe information shared by employee.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
An additional requirement for this role is the ability to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination proof and/or rigorous testing.
