Dynamic contract opportunity with a progressive commercial real estate services company.
 
Position: Covid Case Coordinator
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $27.24/hr.
Term: 3 Months Contract

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Work in Zoom observing CBRE employees take COVID tests online and confirming test results in our database.
  • Serve as Zoom room coordinator, helping to manage traffic once employees enter the main Zoom room, and moving them into private breakout rooms for observations, or being in the private rooms doing the observations.
  • Interview employees on the phone and accurately filling out appropriate forms and making initial determinations on quarantine decisions for each case.
  • Route determinations to our Quality Control Management team for review before final notification goes out to employees.

Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Above average verbal communication – the ability to listen and accurately transcribe information shared by employee, attention to detail and accuracy, and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.

An additional requirement for this role is the ability to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination proof and/or rigorous testing.
