Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
6 months Contract
Location: REMOTE 100% (will need to go into office initially)
Work along side current Talent Acquisition recruiter to help with work load.
-Will take on 50% delivery and inherit some of the entry level of the existing open positions that are currently with the VP and some of the junior level positions from the other Talent Acquisition person
-Will help on additional initiatives including scheduling, coordinating with agencies for contracts, interviews, communication with candidates, documentation, etc
-Will get exposure to employee branding, etc
-2-5 years experience in Corporate Recruiting as an HR Generalist
-Previous Corporate Recruiting (not agency side) - Will have Sales, Sales Support, Call Center types of positions
– must understand this workflow (ideally have a broader recruiting skill set but should be a GENERALIST / not a specialist)
----will not focus on technical in nature initially----
- Need to have good skills with Excel – will be doing reporting and dashboarding
