Will manage end-to-end recruiting for roles across the globe. Will assist with high volume recruiting and own the client relationship. Will be expected to conduct intake meetings with HR business partners, source, identify candidates who would go through the selection process, and work with HR/TR on the offer process.
This position requires:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5+ years of global recruiting experience specifically for Global Procurement/Supply Chain roles (involving Sourcing, RFPs, Contracts, Identifying Suppliers, Strategy, etc.)
- Strong Sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience recruiting for Strategy roles is preferred.
- Experience recruiting higher level roles including General Managers is a plus.
