Position: Contract Sourcing Specialist
Location: Purchase, NY 10577-1401
Term: 6 Months (09/13/2021 to 03/31/2022)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Engage active and passive talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.
  • Partner with TA Managers and Leads to develop and execute talent sourcing strategies that yield consistent and strong results.
  • Leverage data and insights, prior knowledge, and industry trends to build creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
  • Craft comprehensive search strategies, ensuring a sound understanding of the job responsibilities, requirements, and talent gaps.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehend and embrace the career opportunity.
  • Interview and assess all candidates submitted to pipeline and understand post-interview decisions to inform ongoing sourcing efforts.
  • Create and maintain a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Understand the company’s employer value proposition to proactively source and attract Finance talent.
  • Provide candidates with an accurate and compelling story as to why the company is a leading “Employer of Choice”.
  • Host recruitment events and attend relevant networking and community events.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure OFCCP compliance.
