Will work on Continuous Improvement to assist with transformation of the Marketing, Partnerships and Franchise Development organization. Initially, there will be a strong focus on supporting the Continuous Improvement manager in designing, testing, and standing up the Continuous Improvement program. After the program, will focus is on improving the framework based on employee feedback and aid in the adoption of the application being rolled out to support the program.

Work with cross-team stakeholders to understand requirements for technology application build.

Aid in testing the Continuous Improvement framework and record improvement opportunities ahead of full program launch.

Create training materials for Continuous Improvement framework and technology application.

Manage employee feedback and provide action plans to improve the Continuous Improvement program.

Lead Continuous Improvement projects aimed at improving specific metrics tied to the organization’s goals.

Create reporting and presentations detailing general updates, goal progress, and other actionable insights for Senior Leadership’s review.

Support the Continuous Improvement Manager in any ad hoc requests.

BA/BS degree is preferred.

3-5 years of experience in operations, product management, or analytics.

Mastery in the creation of documents (e.g., PowerPoint decks for meetings, excel reports, etc.).

A deep understanding of the Continuous Improvement and Agile frameworks.

Strong project management skills and discipline to deliver.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
