International organization is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team for a long-term contract opportunity.  This role will entail supporting downstream projects that will be focused on the Americas portfolio, but will require global replication, including collaboration with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and 3rd party contracting partners. The focus of the role includes: driving tangible improvements in ways of working, eliminating waste, simplifying/creating work processes, building capability and helping execution teams with problem solving.

Skills & Requirements

Must have demonstrated expertise and experience in applying Continuous Improvement tools and techniques, including specifically Scaled Agile, in a major Capital Projects environment, ideally, but not necessarily in the energy industry. Specific requirements:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree from an accredited University
  • Agile applied in a capital projects environment
  • Agile/Scrum at scale in a non-IT environment
  • CI deployment in a capital projects environment
  • Coaching – from front-line to senior management
  • Structured problem solving
  • Data analysis
  • Process & data management
  • Change management & communication
  • Program & Project management
  • Training & facilitation
  • Performance management
