Our global SaaS leader with HQ in San Francisco continues to experience extreme growth and expansion this year.   We are seeking an experienced marketing communications and project management professional to enable the broader marketing organization with  content. You will own the launch, organization, and maintenance of the company content library, as well as the lifecycles and enablement strategies for the content within.

This role is both left-brained + right-brained: You understand brand and can act as a writer + editor to identify and execute upon areas wherein we can optimize content for specific audiences and use cases. But you are also analytical + process-oriented, able to maintain a hyper-organized library of content, adding, updating, and distributing assets as new initiatives are carried out and business objectives evolve over time. You’ll act as the authority on available marketing resources, establishing a scalable strategy and toolset to track every piece of content created across the marketing organization.

You understand our SaaS technology and audiences, and be able to partner cross-functionally to wrangle stray resources, identify content gaps. and recommend assets for cross-functional campaigns. You are detailed-oriented, organized, and an innovative project manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a top-tier, always-up-to-date content library and “Dewey Decimal System” that tracks every piece of content created across the marketing organization -- naming conventions, tags, analytics, you name it
  • Define the criteria and processes and lead execution on content refreshes proactively maintaining the library by driving updates with the content owners
  • Enable marketers to access and share assets, track how assets and content are being used, and establish reporting processes to measure the impact of different resources
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between content, campaigns, web, product marketing, and adjacent teams to always have a pulse on new content being created to ensure relevance and brand conformance for content owners
  • Have an understanding of how marketing tools and technologies work together, and think outside the box to bring it all together in a way that every marketer can use
  • Drive tool adoption across global marketing teams by developing and updating program documentation, wikis, email updates, and more to ensure content transparency
  • Assist in content project management, creation, writing, and editing as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of marketing, communications, and/or project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, developing and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and project management/organizational skills
  • Innovative approach to solving big challenges with a variety of stakeholders
  • Previous experience managing CMS tools and asset management systems + processes
  • Previous experience with Asana, G-Suite, Highspot, Box, and Google Analytics
