Terrific 8+ month contract opportunity in Tampa, FL for a Contact Coordinator.
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders involved in the end-to-end hiring process (Business unit managers, Chief of Staffs, HR Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Onboarding teams etc.) to ensure hiring objectives are met.
  • Producing a range of Resource demand and hiring tracking management reports to constantly provide visibility on the hiring activities and progress in the region.
  • Coordinating with the GFT Business Management community to ensure all HC updates across Strategic Sites are realistically forecast in Renault, R&LS and all related systems to help drive accurate projections on all stages of the hiring process.
  • Providing analysis of Recruitment statistics and activities to business partners and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Working with hiring managers to provide creative recruitment solutions to meet the needs of the various GFT Bus.
  • Working collaboratively with the EO&T and R&LS partners, ensuring systems connectivity and office space matters are proactively managed to foster a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners.
  • Driving local hiring events and promoting participation from the various GFT Bus.
  • Developing and maintaining networks both internally and externally in the organization to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines Assisting with ad hoc tasks across the GFT Central Management team.
  • Well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment, embraces a collaborative work style and a passion for business support through effective coordination and excellent organization.
  • 6 – 9 years’ experience in recruitment, finance management, general business management and project coordination.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Individual contributor with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - will have interaction with senior operations and technology business managers.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and processes.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good level of planning and execution of strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with and global functions colleagues.
  • Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations.
  • Knowledge of Operations and Technology organizations, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
