Senior Compensation Consultant (Remote)

Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Position: Senior Compensation Consultant
Location: Remote
Hourly Rate: $42/hr.
Term: 4 Months Contract to Hire

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and administer job evaluation and market pricing for client; maintaining consistent and equitable approach of internal job grade relationships that align with the Enterprise philosophy.
  • Responsible for managing survey participation and leading market pay review process for client.
  • Lead in the research, design, implementation, and audit of short-term incentive plans that drive strategic performance while adhering to compliance controls and overall company objectives.
  • Perform analytics to ensure Compensation practices remain internally equitable, and externally competitive.
  • Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labor market and internal equity. 
  • Leads the administration of performance review or merit-rating programs.
  • Lead/Partner with HRIM on various Compensation/ HR projects.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.  

Is it a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
  • Experience in using WorkDay, Oracle HCM
  • Highly skilled and proficient in discipline 
  • Very strong analytical skills and the ability to translate that knowledge into actionable recommendations for management; subject matter expert within Compensation
  • Strong professional business partner with excellent skills of presentation, communication, and persuasion
  • Integrity; strong communication skills and ability to influence others
