Title: Compensation Analyst

Job Description:
  • Work with Compensation and Talent Acquisition to approve and monitor all candidate offers
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure Compensation packages for candidates are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
  • Conducts audits to ensure requisitions have accurate compensation data
  • Identify and execute on initiatives to ensure our offers process is scalable to support a growing Talent Acquisition team
  • Works with Compensation team on weekly audits an operational routines to ensure our systems are accurate and up to date
  • Conducts quantitative analyses to support Compensation Leadership in various initiatives.
  •  2 years HR / Comp Coordinator experience
  • Greenhouse and/or workday a plus
