- Work with Compensation and Talent Acquisition to approve and monitor all candidate offers
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure Compensation packages for candidates are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Conducts audits to ensure requisitions have accurate compensation data
- Identify and execute on initiatives to ensure our offers process is scalable to support a growing Talent Acquisition team
- Works with Compensation team on weekly audits an operational routines to ensure our systems are accurate and up to date
- Conducts quantitative analyses to support Compensation Leadership in various initiatives.
- 2 years HR / Comp Coordinator experience
- Greenhouse and/or workday a plus
