Title: Community and Content Moderation Lead Analyst
Lead Analyst aid in the launch a content moderation team to support three new community platforms. Leads will be responsible for helping define content moderation policy and workflows and handling escalations from Tier 1 analysts.
- 3+ years of experience working in Content and Community Moderation.
- 1+ years of experience in Trust and Safety policy Experience defining/building/improving customer service workflows
- Experience working with BPO partners Knowledge of SFDC, JIRA, Google suite a plus Familiarity with NFTs a plus
- On occasion, analyst might review graphic content including but not limited to: grotesque violence and CSAM images.
