Job Summary:

Our client, a global leader in the delivery of IoT solutions to clients in various industry verticals is seeking Client Support personnel for a client facing, revenue generating position focusing in the Internet of Things, professional services space. The primary purpose of the position will be to build and maintain strong client relationships in order to strategically align technology and service in support of the client business goals and objectives. The Client Support role will also ensure that the company is delivering true business value to its clients, and to effectively preserve and increase/improve the revenue stream. Our client is looking for self-starters who have the ability support multiple clients so an ability to multi-task is key. This is a work from home position. No travel required.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting multiple clients simultaneously, of varying size and scope
  • Define, manage and meet client expectations by identifying operational needs and implement solutions via our IoT Enhanced Support offer portfolio that drive customer satisfaction, optimize end user experience, and maximize value to the client.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and knowledge of telecom billing system to manage very large billing data sets for a large client and consolidate meaningful information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop, articulate, and drive business strategies to create a significant competitive advantage.
  • Acts as a point of escalation on all issues.
  • Ability to analyze and understand client business process. Lead discussions with client and recommend implementation of best practices to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver client facing presentations with limited supervision.

Required/Desired Experience:

  • 2-3 years of customer facing client support experience in the telecom sector
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced Excel experience including proficiency in V-Lookup, Pivot Table, If-Then Formulas, Macros etc.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills – Ability to translate Excel and Sharepoint data into meaningful information for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and extract and provide useful information to internal and external stakeholders from these large data sets

  • Advanced MS PowerPoint and/or Visio experience
  • 1-2 years of Project Coordination experience
  • Ability to work remotely without supervision and work independently while functioning within a larger team
  • Ability to multitask, supporting multiple clients simultaneously

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree desired but not required.
