Long term contract Opportunity!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Maintain positive relationships with our clients, while servicing their requests through email or phone
  • Ensuring profitability for all partners and retirement plan clients through effective relationship management
  • Collaborating with retirement plan service representatives and marketers to improve relationships between customers and the company
  • Delivering accurate and timely retirement plan administrative and marketing services

Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree or eight years of related work experience
  • Strong interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, and negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services
  • Experience with retirement plans preferred
