This international banking and financial services industry leader has an immediate long-term contract opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator.  Will consider candidates anywhere on the East Coast with a preference for Tampa, FL.  Will work with the Contingent Staffing Office, which has a centralized model and goal to deliver a best in class service to its clients. The Program utilizes a centralized Recruiting structure to engage staff augmentation contractor resources for the firm. The model facilitates speed to market and the ability to obtain top talent in the market. In addition, cost savings are achieved through leveraging buying power, and risk is mitigated as a result of a consistent set of processes and procedures in alignment with Corporate Due Diligence requirements. The onboarding and offboarding of contractor resources is also centralized allowing for repeatable processes, which foster expedient cycle times. The streamlined process allows for resources to start their engagements within the required timeframes so there is no impact to project deliverables.  This Staffing Office is responsible for supporting all Business Units across Technology and Non-Technology. The Client Delivery Coordinator will be aligned to a senior client partner supporting one of the sectors/geographies.

Job Responsibilities: 

•    Interview scheduling
•    Hiring event coordination
•    Following up with managers on timesheet approval/spend depletion
•    Submitting employee rehire requests to Human Resources
•    Assisting with contractor expirations
•    Coordinating candidate’s start details with hiring managers, suppliers and the onboarding team. 
•    Updating the Fieldglass VMS and internal system
•    Creating work orders in Fieldglass VMS
•    Requesting manager’s access to Fieldglass
•    Additional projects as required 
•    Check References
•    Help with coordination of hiring events

Skills and Knowledge Required 
•    Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a recruiting/sales support role or similar industry experience
•    Highly organized with a sense of urgency
•    Self-starter with the ability to ability to multi-task on a consistent basis
•    Demonstrated capability to learn and fully manage tasks in a high-volume, high-pressure environment on an independent basis 
•    Ability to handle pressure in a calm manner and deal with all levels of internal and external stakeholders 
•    Strong attention to detail 
•      Strong commitment to excellent customer service  
•    Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines  
•    Dedicated team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is willing to assist other team members as needed 
•    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
