Position: Clerk
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53202
Term: 12 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Acquire list of case filings to search/review case images using a courthouse terminal or review physical copies of the case filings.
  • Search/review digital or physical case filings for filed date, legal descriptions, mortgage document numbers, name changes, money amounts and the current status of the court case.
  • Populate information onto an access database and upload zipped file into a share folder.
  • Fulfill any on-demand image requests.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Title industry experience.
  • Solid understanding of Property Insight products and services.
  • Date entry experience and solid understanding of Excel.
  • Computer literate, detail oriented and must work well/professionally with other people.
