Position: Office Clerk
Location: Glendale California 91203
Term: 3 months
- Responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal, typewriter, and other word processors.
- Open, unbox, unstaple and sort FedEx and UPS packages to prep for scanning.
- Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 1+ years of Admin experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to lift boxes of 25 pounds.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
