Position: Change Management Lead for SAP S/4 HANA Roll out in US 
Location: Orlando, FL 32826 
Term: 11 months  
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:  
  • Define communication plan and prepare content for each communication action defined. 
  • Conduct and facilitate stakeholder analysis 
  • Coordinate Change Impact Analysis with the local & global business for the roll-out. 
  • Support and advise Roll-out Manager with the Change Management activities coordination. 
  • Prepare weekly Change Management report to share with roll-out Manager and roll-out management. 
  • Attend weekly roll-out management to report OCM topics. 
  • Facilitate the key user nomination process and community through the communication channels defined. 
  • Participate in the daily stand-up calls with OCM team. 
  • Plan and coordinate training to key users and end users. 
  • Responsible for defining and delivering the global change approach which was adapted for specific regional needs, included the communications and stakeholder engagement strategy, training approach and materials, and the business readiness approach 
  • Assessing the impact of the transformation on the business (and their customers) to ensure a bespoke and personalized approach. 
  • Defining the leadership engagement approach to establish support and buy in for the changes. 
  • Upskilling the client to ensure long term and sustainable adoption. 
  • Support communication actions for global template in coordination with the OCM team, Agora Program Management and the Integration Managers and Product Owners.

  • Global Adoption experience on a large transformations enabled by S/4HANA. 
  • Focus on applying and expanding acquired knowledge base. 
  • Application of knowledge in increasingly both broader professional and managerial context. 
  • Basic level of professional judgment competence. 
  • Improves processes within specialized area. 
  • Impacts team results.
