Long term contract Opportunity!

Position:  Change Management Consultant
Location: Remote
Term: 11 Months Contract


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 

  • Monitor planned and active project and initiative roadmaps
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Consult and coach program sponsors, program stakeholders and project teams
  • Create and execute change management plans and deliverables
  • Facilitate and monitor business readiness and adoption through change management assessments, process performance metrics and reports
  • Identify key business readiness considerations, activities, and deliverables in order to adopt changes resulting from business process or systems improvements
  • Partner with process SMEs, project teams and other Red Hat Teams to collaborate on issues and address improvement opportunities


Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
 

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative business process design, change, and implementation associated with organizational change efforts
  • Proven understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools (ADKAR preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience in presenting to audiences of varying seniority, individual contributor to executive
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to craft messages from various business personas
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Curious and passionate about discovering how processes and people integrate
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable working in a global and multicultural work environment
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with process tools
