Title:  Campus Recruiter

Hours: 8am-5pm, but manager is flexible
Interview Process: 2 Video Interviews, 30-45 min each

This is a very fast paced environment with very high volume recruiting.

This is a remote position. Can be located anywhere but prefer someone in the Eastern Time Zone for Team Calls.


We are looking for a Campus Recruiter that will be responsible for managing full lifecycle recruitment for assigned business areas and/or functions. This will include managing strong relationships with hiring managers, university contacts, event management and effectively delivering recruiting results.

The Recruiter for this role will support the campus recruitment program in the United States. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high expectations environment and works well under pressure.

It is expected that this role will personally generate strong candidate pipelines without relying on search firms, thoroughly assess applicants, manage an effective selection process, and successfully close candidates.
• Manage the entire life cycle of the university recruiting process for assigned business units
• Implement operating plans, policies and methods to achieve university recruiting goals
• Act as primary point of contact (University Relationship Manager) for assigned universities
• Develop and cultivate relationships with campus careers services or placement office directors and initiate activities on campus to promote company
• Coordinate and manage university recruiting activities that may include communications, on-site interviewing, and other administrative details for university recruiting
• Assist with driving inclusion and diversity initiatives for the campus program
• Manage and maintain active communication with candidates once they have entered our process; exit candidates professionally if they do not meet our requirements
• Develop competitive offers, manage offer extension and effectively close candidates
• Record, update and analyze all recruiting data using TA Cloud
3+ years of campus recruitment full life cycle recruiting experience, professional services experience a plus
• Experience with diversity recruiting strategies a plus
• Deep candidate assessment expertise
• Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
• Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Proven success effectively working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline with the hiring need
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong experience with ATS/RMS (preferably Taleo)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in human resources, business or related field
