Grow your career as a Campus Recruiter Coordinator with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will be required to work onsite 2-3 days per week. Will assist with identifying, attracting, hiring for the Analyst Programs for the technology organizations. Will assist the Campus Recruiter with managing the on-campus efforts for a select group of target schools for both summer and full-time recruiting in addition to assisting with the summer internship programs.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including company presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews.
  • Assist in the development and support of a robust diversity recruiting strategy.
  • Assist the recruiter throughout the recruiting process.
  • Assist with summer intern and/or full-time programs including onboarding, training, events, appraisal process and offers.
  • Support program management processes as needed, including rotations, placements, performance management, compensation, and promotion.
  • Assist with managing data in online applicant tracking system, workforce planning, diversity statistics and related reporting as requested.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Recruiting and Program Management.
  • Effective writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship and client management skillset required.
