Position: Call Center Representative
Location: Franklin TN 37064
Term: 6 months (06/14/2021 to 12/14/2021)
- Navigates and instructs the customer on how to use agent support website
- Completes sales orders and requests for materials.
- Manages other support projects for team as needed.
- Taking inbound Agent calls to help assist with quoting, application and enrollment, sale materials, website access and various calls assisting agent will completing Medicare Supplemental sales
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 3 years customer service, call center environment desired, but not required
- 1-3 years health insurance sales desired, but not required
- Microsoft Office computer skills desired
- Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in fast paced sales environment
- Good attendance and schedule adherence desired
- High school diploma or GED required
