C# .NET Developer - 100% remote

Title:  C# .NET Developer

Duties:  Coding, testing and debugging programs according to computer engineering specifications Modifying, expanding and updating applications Communicating with a team that includes analysts, engineers and quality assurance testers in order to coordinate and document application development and testing Developing software prototypes

Responsibilities include:

  • C# .NET Development
  • Provide technical direction for onsite and offshore development resources
  • Comprehend the business objectives, challenges, strategic direction and technologies by working with stakeholders and technical resources
  • Write Technical Requirements/Specifications
  • Participate in Code Reviews
  • Seek and build relationships to enhance delivery and to better understand, identify, and work through issues across the practice
  • Assist with technology roadmap, internal technology needs, and perform other technical related functions.


Required Technical Skills:

  • 5-10 years of hands on experience in C# and ASP.NET
  • MVC, SQL, Entity Framework, CSS, JavaScript and libraries such as jQuery
  • Must have a good understanding of Web API’s
  • Desired: Experience with Aspose Library and reporting services such as SQL Reporting, Telerik reports, etc
  • Optional: Third party UI controls such as Kendo UI from Telerik
  • Optional: Knowledge of code repositories


  • Desire to progress into Cloud Architecture or Engineering role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings to business people including C-level executives, and to explain business processes, concepts, challenges, and issues to technical resources
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues
  • Experience providing direction in an onsite/offshore development model
  • Strong organization and presentation skills
  • Experience with Cloud technology, especially Azure
  • Agile Methodology experience
