Business Support Specialist
- Collaborate with our business systems developer to optimize our operational tools & execute on the technical pillar roadmap
- Contribute to designing processes for providing localization in new tools and platforms
- Maintain localization tooling and ensure connectors are working properly
- Collaborate with the Localization team and developers across Slack to understand problems and provide technical support
- Implement workflow automations to increase translation turnaround efficiency
- Surface vendor-related technical issues and work with our systems developer to solve them
- Contribute to keeping documentation of our tooling and technical processes up to date
- Over 2 years of experience working with Localization teams.
- Experience with business process improvements, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience localizing content in various CMS, LMS and DTP tools.
- Passion for relating to technical audiences and making sophisticated concepts simple to understand for users.
- Understanding code in order to diagnose technical localization issues.
- Inclusive and proactive communication skills.
