Position: Oracle Functional Financials Accounting Hub Consultant
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, 28262
Term: 18 months

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing principal level strategic consulting services to client organizations utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding our client's business strategy (enterprise-wide) and emerging trends in the Industry.
  • Partners with executive management to define the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.
  • Has responsibility for the identification of strategic business, investment and alliance opportunities; evaluation and approval process of identified opportunities; identification and implementation of technology requirements (systems, architecture and infrastructure) as well as coordination of technical resources; and communication of strategy and related business plans to management.
  • Directs internal as well as Industry strategic planning activities and represents our client on Industry boards and committees.
  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 8+ years of strategic planning experience
  • Oracle EBS GL and/or FAH resource with 15-20 years of Business/System Implementation Experience
  • 10+ years of experience working with Oracle Applications
  • 15-20 years Business/System Implementation Experience
  • 10+ years of experience of working with Oracle Applications
  • Has participated in 3+ implementations of the Accounting Hub
  • Knowledgeable of FAH Functions such as Transaction Objects, Creating Events, Creating Accounting and Business Event Rules
  • Ability to write Business Requirement and Functional Design Documents; AGILE Methodology Experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries and using TOAD/SQL Developer
  • Financial Services experience is preferred
