Position: Business/Quality Analyst – Remote Patient Monitoring

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 12 Months

Our client, a global leader in the deployment of leading edge IoT solutions for commercial enterprise applications is seeking a Business/Quality Analyst with previous experience in IoT applications in the Healthcare industry and specifically Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Telehealth, or Connected Health, to join a dynamic team of IoT industry leaders in the implementation of next generation IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will combine their Business/Quality analytics experience with knowledge and experience in IoT RPM solutions.    Knowledge of IoT devices, ecosystems and cloud infrastructure in a mobile network environment is desired.

Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain documentation of work processes and procedures for Connected Care product
  2. Performs QA document control, including document login, tracking, processing, approval, distributing, and archiving in compliance internal policies and procedures, and customer contract requirements
  3. Coordinates revision, review and approval of SOPs for specific programs and emerging products
  4. Reviews quality outputs, change control, validation and qualification of program documents
  5. Maintains change control and deviation processes for SOPs, master records, specifications, test methods, validation/quality control reports, and other records as required
  6. Generates incident reports, change controls and CAPA reports 
  7. Assists in quality investigations
  8. Assist in developing workbook as a resource for selling and managing Connected Care
  9. Assist in development, review and improvement of policies, systems and procedures for projects
  10. Advanced Shipment Notices (ASN)
  11. Commercial Invoices, Shipment Tracking and Issue resolution
  12. RMA processing for DOA and or warranty returns with suppliers

Desired Experience/Skills:

  • 3-4 Years of Business/Quality analysis experience
  • 1-2 years of previous Business/Quality analysis experience with Remote Patient Monitoring, Telehealth or Connected Care applications
  • 1-2 years of previous experience gathering requirements for mobile telecom application development and implementation
  • Knowledge of end to end mobility networks
  • Advanced Excel reporting and analytics skills and ability to translate large data sets into meaningful information for various stakeholders
  • 1-2 years of Visio experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with Sharepoint

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or corresponding related work experience
