Position: Business Policies COE Consultant
Location: Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, Des Moines, IA, Denver, CO
Term: 12 months

Overview:  
Deposits Product Accountability Office (PAO) was created in August of 2020 designed to support all DPG serving as a center of excellence (COE) for Complaints, Issues Management, Customer Remediation, BPM/DPM, Policy Execution, and Customer Accommodations (stimulus package)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing the approach and framework for collecting & evaluating all DPG Policies (i.e. create a centralized DPG Policy Library with artifacts)
  • Perform current DPG Policy assessments, identify “Gaps”; build out target state of the accountability/ownership model anchored to enterprise policies (i.e. Complaints, Issues Management, Customer Remediation, UDAAP, EUCT, etc.)
  • Lead & Facilitate the DPG UDAAP Policy reviews and prepare documentation for corrective actions to address SHRP Issues
  • Escalate Status Updates and Reporting to Executive Management (Operating and Management Committee) and Regulators via Established Governance Routines
  • Provide Business Support to Issue Management and Customer Remediation Policy Compliance and Execution
  • Create Monthly Executive Status report for all PAO functions; including status of initiatives and success metrics
  • Develop a coordinated 2021 project roadmap with PAO Leadership Team and Stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate across multiple stakeholders with a keen focus on risk outcomes and accountability
  • Facilitate and lead key meetings with the DPG Senior Leadership Team across PAO & prepare executive presentations for CSBB Leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years in Financial Services in a capacity of Business Consulting or Program Management
  • Previous background experience in Compliance/Audit/Risk functions or the Deposits Group
