This fast growing industry leader has an immediate 6-12+ month contract opportunity for a Business Analyst with Tableau & Power BI experience.  Can work remotely from anywhere in the United States working central time hours.  The ideal candidate will have a BA background and experience writing/configuring reports in Tableau and BI.  Requires trong communication skills and a good understanding of the Agile/Scrum process to work with the PMs and BAs on the team.  Will be responsible for developing business solutions by eliciting and analyzing a client’s business processes and requirements as well as managing and communicating business analysis output. Will also develop key reports utilizing Tableau and Power BI. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:
•    Develop reporting for Regulatory and other program monitoring
•    Participate in stakeholder and subject matter interviews as well as requirements elicitation sessions with client participants
•    Transformation of stakeholder and business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
•    Engage in enterprise analysis activities, using methods such as: benchmarking, decision analysis, metrics and key performance indicators, root cause analysis, and SWOT analysis
•    Engage in requirements analysis activities, using techniques such as: business rules analysis, data dictionary and data flow modeling, entity mapping, and process modeling
•    Partner with the client Product Owner to craft product backlog epics, features, and user stories
•    Ensure acceptance criteria are unambiguous, complete, and testable for all backlog stories
•    Assist in the development and execution of the Test Plan and associated test scripts to ensure traceability to user stories
•    Act as liaison between client representatives and the projekt202 delivery team
•    Act as a client and user advocate as well as Product Owner delegate, when the PO is unavailable
•    Partner with the program manager for estimation, status reporting, change management, quality management and risk management activities

Requirements: 
•    3 years of Business Analyst, Software Product Management, or Related Experience
•    Experience developing reports using Tableau and Power BI
•    Familiarity with Jira
•    Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), Six Sigma, or similar business process or management methodologies desired
•    Familiar with User or Human Centered Design approach
•    Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
•    Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently but also as part of a successful team
•    Experience working in virtual environments with globally distributed participants
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track record of executive-level presentation
Education:  
•    Bachelors in a relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Business, Design, Engineering, Liberal Arts) or equivalent work experience
