Term: 10 Months contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provide global project support in all phases from gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing test cycles, and recommending solutions in Workday

Ensure features / functionality are in alignment to stakeholder priorities

Play a liaison role, managing requirements and design activities between HR stakeholders and team responsible for our HCM system Workday

Consistent interaction with and understanding of operations pertaining departments within HR (i.e. Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Benefits, etc.)

Participate in system testing including development of test strategy documentation, write test scripts and coordination of testing resources

Participate in cross-functional projects and deliver on project related tasks

Demonstrated experience designing and testing Workday HCM modules for global audience

Demonstrated business analyst or system analyst skills: detail oriented with ability to document requirements, business processes, test plans and scenarios

Comfortable working in an Agile environment on a Scrum team

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with specific ability to explain technical solutions in a clear way

Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
