Position: Billing and Purchasing Coordinator
Location: Remote
Term: 3 months

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Telecom/Network/Mobility Invoice ProcessingTelecom/Network Inventory support

  • Departmental Invoice Match Exception Handler

  • Purchase Requisition – Operating - Health under $100,000

  • Purchasing System Reporting and Service Now Contracts Database

  • Action OI Benchmarking Quarterly Data Submission

  • Capital Detail Reporting-balance to CapEx

  • Capital Liens

  • Suspense Journal Entry – Monthly

  • Bay Health Invoicing

  • Other Duties as Assigned
