This international network integration leader has an immediate 6-12+ month contract opportunity in Plano, TX for a Technical Project Manager that is Bilingual in Japanese and English. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the assigned project teams throughout the project phases.

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and master schedule.

  • Track and monitor schedule progress and performance.

  • Record and manage project issues and risks and escalate when necessary.

  • Resolve cross-functional issues at project level.

  • Prepare meeting agenda, presentations, and reports.

  • Manage project scope and change control where necessary.

  • Review the design document to understand the system requirement.

  • Liaise to prevent communication gap between regional and global teams.

  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage project for on-time completion.

  • Assist identifying user training needs and devising training sessions if needed.

  • Be a genuine self-starter needing no prompting to get going, and be able to observe and then take action to improve the team delivery.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT industry.

  • Experience working as a Technical Project Manager.

  • Experience working in AWS cloud environment.

  • Technical understanding in IoT, Cloud and Vehicle technology.

  • Server and latest technology adoption towards cloud domains.

  • Experience in documentation of status report for the project and Provide C-Level management reporting.

  • Should have worked in SDLC life cycle with Application migration or development projects which involves hardware and software.

  • Experience in Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, or Specification by Example.

  • Committed to the development of all team members and continuous development of capability within the department.

  • Committed to continuous learning, and able to demonstrate a pattern of personal development in Scrum.

  • Strong communication skill set.

  • Experience working in Global team.

  • Japanese/English bilingual capability.

Education:
 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT field is required
