Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)
Permanent role - 100% remote
Pay: $21.00 Hourly + Excellent benefits 
 

Job Duties: The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) strives to accomplish the following:

  • Handle customer inquiries by in bound and out bound telephone, chat and email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manages and resolves customer complaints; escalate to Management when necessary
  • Provide customers with easily understood answers to product and service information depending on customer situation
  • Assist with updating customer information
  • Identifies and escalates priority issues by asking probing questions and using the Knowledge base software
  • Route customer requests to appropriate resource
  • Provide software technical support
  • Perform various administrative duties (FedEx,,scanning, mail, etc.) as needed
  • Handle all calls according to existing guidelines, and meets department requirements for phone time availability and call quality metrics
  • Document all call information according to existing guidelines

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma OR GED equivalent
  • Two years of customer service/billing experience
  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to actively look for ways to help people
  • Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
  • Expected working knowledge of a PC (internet browser, remote desktop access, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Some experience in a call center or customer service environment (min 1 year)
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
