Long Term Contract Opportunity!
Position: Bilingual Covid Call Center Support
Location: Plano, TX 75024-4002
Term: 3-4 months
Schedule: Up to 24 hours/week with flexible working hours across Friday through Monday. Shifts could range from 4 hours to 8 hours within the operating hours of 8:30 AM to 5 PM CST.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Interact with employees (frontline and managers) via phone, e-mail and Zoom in response to COVID related leaves per tracing and return to work protocols.
  • Conduct intake interviews with employees, communicate with key stakeholders, and perform trace protocols related to COVID-19.
  • Gather, summarize and report on COVID-19 related issues and leaves.
  • Follow documented protocols and processes to deliver world class customer service and first call resolution.
  • Perform on-call duties for weekends/evenings.
  • Understand and follow information security protocols and handle sensitive data.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • High School Diploma or greater required.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
