Are you an experienced Operational Support Engineer with technical skills that would include AD, basic UNIX commands, FTP and Networking protocols?   

We are looking for an individual with a few years of experience to support our development operations which is using a tool called Operations Orchestration.   This tool manages the workflow of our Java and .Net onshore and offshore development teams.   For this role, you will need to have technical skills and knowledge of basic UNIX commands, Active Directory, FTP, and just a good general knowledge of software development life cycle.   You should have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.   

This role is currently 100% remote but our offices are in the Alpharetta area and we will eventually be doing some work from those offices.  This is a full time, permanent position with our organization so offers full benefits which are excellent.
