Agile Coach - 100% REMOTE - Contract to Perm opportunity!

Looking to join a large stable company and help with a large transformation initiative?  As an Agile Coach you will  provide training, coaching, and mentorship in Lean/ Agile principles and frameworks.  Key areas/past experience needed in this role are: formal classroom training, formal team coaching techniques and training content you have developed.  You will also participate on a program team and partner with other practitioners to contribute to process improvement and program delivery.

You will be aligned with many infrastructure centric areas including cloud technologies and automation.  
You will develop coaching plans for the teams and work with individual team members, stakeholders, and the Scrum Masters. You will analyze the organization's existing infrastructure and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies to assist our teams in delivering better products faster and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead training sessions and retrospectives.
  • Develop coaching plans for teams and work one on one with team members, service owners, and scrum masters
  • Coach teams on backlog management and incremental delivery
  • Coach at all levels – team, management and leadership on agile principles and methodology
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify objectives and report progress
  • Identify opportunities to partner with other project managers and practitioners on co-dependent delivery
  • Help facilitate the identification of objectives, their success measures and value delivered
  • Contribute to the agile methodology, mentor agile project managers
