Job Description

TITLE:  ADP WORKFORCE NOW ANALYST

Job Description

  • Transformed, mapped, extracted into workday (Loading into Workday will be done by another team)
  • Transformation from one format to another is the key (from ADP Workforce Now / Vantage to Workday
  • Building standard (repeatable) automated processes from legacy systems is SUPER HELPFUL (will try to use this automation across other clients)
  • Knowledge of field names and mapping is required
  • Building standard framework
  • Unit test independently
  • Work independently
  • Address defects accordingly – be responsive
  • Validate data that has been transformed, mapped and extracted
  • Work within challenging timelines (6 months)
  • Multitask and issue resolution is critical
  • ADP Data model is a plus
  • Familiarity with data manipulation tools such as Alteryx is a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Prior experience working with ADP Workforce Now and Vantage
  • ADP Data model for employee HCM and Payroll data
  • Knowledge of tools, reports, approaches to extract employee data out of ADP Workforce Now and Vantage

• Remain involved in all the stages of data extraction, transformation, and mapping from ADP Workforce Now and Vantage
• Create a standard, automated, repeatable, client-agnostic process to extract employee HCM and Payroll data out of a client’s ADP Workforce Now and Vantage applications in a consistent layout and format
• Identify mapping of field names from ADP Workforce Now and Vantage to target application (Workday)
• Identify mapping of field values from ADP Workforce Now and Vantage to target application (Workday)
• Create a standard, automated, repeatable, client-agnostic process to transform and map the data extracted from ADP Workforce Now and Vantage to fit the requirements of the target application (Workday)
• Unit test every step of the extraction, transformation and mapping process to ensure that it is scalable and repeatable
• Respond quickly and effectively to resolve defects identified during testing
• Create an automated data validation process and approach to compare the raw data extracts with the transformed/mapped data for quality assurance

 

• Ensure consistently on-time, high-quality deliverables while working under challenging schedules and requirements.
• Multitask on multiple, concurrent, time-sensitive client deliverables.
• Resolve problems and issues using analytical, interpretive and constructive thinking.
