Grow your career as an Administrative Assistant with an innovative global bank in Chicago, IL. Long-term contract with excellent growth potential. Will start working remotely until offices reopen, then will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.
•    Travel & entertainment processing.
•    Coordinate and book worldwide travel arrangements including: flights, hotels, Visa’s and taxi service using the company’s preferred systems.
•    Complete expenses in a timely and accurate manner/reconciling against Corp card statements.

•    Strong experience as an Administrative Assistant.
•    Experience using P2P (Procure to Pay).
•    Experience processing expenses using Concur.
•    Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
•    Experience in the financial services industry.
