Position:  Administrative Assistant
Location: Overland Park, KS 66210
Term: 3+ Months Contract


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
 

  • Greeting customers, answering phone, process incoming and outgoing mail, delivering packages, manage office conference room calendar, maintain kitchen and reception area
  • Be able identify who in HO to get them to (printer, PC,), set up office space, getting them access to the building
  • Liaison for the office, face for the office, help plan and coordinate office events/mtgs
  • Submit work orders for repairs, main point of contact for emergencies, Under limited supervision, deliver a full range of administrative services to leaders or key staff members in a department
  • Within general guidelines make independent decisions about planning, organizing and scheduling of own work
  • Judgment is required to resolve problems and make recommendations for solutions and actions
  • Typically receive no instructions for routine work and general instructions for new assignments
  • Support onsite facility management work: reception duties, office management, go to person for the office and facilities management
