Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Amherst, NY 14226
Term: 3 Months Contract
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Under limited supervision, deliver a full range of administrative services to leaders or key staff members in a department
- Within general guidelines make independent decisions about planning, organizing and scheduling of own work
- Judgment is required to resolve problems and make recommendations for solutions and actions
- Typically receive no instructions for routine work and general instructions for new assignments
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
- 4 to 6 years of experience
- Requires high school education or equivalent
- Must be able to use advanced word processing and spreadsheet software
- Must be able to type 45-55 cwpm.
- Must have excellent word processing and intermediate math skills
- Must have high level of knowledge of company and department policies and procedures and business vocabulary
- Position requires tact, ability to maintain confidentiality and good interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
