Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
Term:  6 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • General clerical duties include printing, copying, faxing, overnight mail, and binding.
  • Receive incoming mail to sort, date stamp and distribute.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Generate and assemble reports using spreadsheets and other documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate on and off-site meetings which may include refreshments and/or meals.
  • Prepare written and email correspondence internally and externally; able to attach files.
  • Calendar and contact management for assigned team members.
  • Order supplies and other items requested by the team.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2+ year’s administrative or professional office experience.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Operation of standard office equipment.
  • Advanced office software skills. (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Proficient in document management and creation; demonstrated ability to combine documents from MSOffice and Adobe Acrobat into one seamless document.
  • Capable to learn software programs as needed with the expectations to be proficient in a short amount of time.
  • High expectation to be organized, methodical and efficient; with the ability to prioritize and problem solve under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective interpersonal communication written and verbal, good listening skills to anticipate need for information and facilitate timely follow-up.
  • Ability to work with others at all levels.
  • Eagerness to learn, self-paced, problem solver that is always looking for better ways of conducting our business and serving our clients.
  • Sensitive to confidential matters.
