Position: Bank Account Reconciliation Specialist
Location: Irving, TX, 75038
Term: 4 months
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, data entry, and other clerical duties as they relate to bookkeeping procedures.
Is this a good fit? (Requirements):
  • 3-5 years bookkeeping or banking experience, general math skills, and intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Excel.
  • Detailed oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
  • Bank teller experience.
  • Good computer (data entry) skills.
  • Ability to work in fast paced "team" environment.
  • Microsoft Excel Skills.
  • Ten Key by Touch Skills.
  • Previous clerical accounting ability to retain and build on prior day training.
  • Possess professional demeanor.
