Terrific 2+ months contract opportunity in Plano, Texas for an Account Coordinator. Will coordinate with cardholders concerning missing DRRs and working with the team to ensure they are loaded into Image vision. Primary tasks include tracking, following up, and organizing data.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Enters data from source documents into computer or onto tape or disk for subsequent entry, using keyboard or scanning device.
  • Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
  • Locates and retrieves files upon request from authorized users.
  • Sorts or classifies information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
  • Authorizes or documents materials movement, using logbook or computer and traces missing files.
  • Places materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, bins, or drawers, according to classification and identification information.
  • Prints and makes copy of work.
  • Uses data entry device, such as optical scanner, to input data into computer for Revision or editing.
  • Able to type 30 WPM.
  • Accounts/payable experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience working with P cards.
  • Must be detail oriented.
