At MATRIX, our employees are our most valuable asset. There’s no question— the collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities and talent that our employees invest in their work represent a significant part of not only our culture, but also of our reputation and of the company’s achievement.

We are committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, & inclusion among our internal hires, our consultant communities, and in our talent pools for our clients.

MATRIX Consultant Diversity & Inclusion

Our Focus

Our focus is to promote diversity, equity, & inclusion, while increasing opportunities for employment and economic development across MATRIX’s internal/external talent pools, clients, partners and communities.

Today, 60% of our consultants are minorities. We are also working to help close the gender gap, as 31% of total U.S. IT professionals are female, whereas 43% of MATRIX consultants are female.

MATRIX DEI Committee

Education & Awareness

Our internal Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee and its many subcommittees collectively retrospect and plan ways to help promote DEI among our internal employees, our job candidates, and our clients.

MATRIX provides companywide DEI trainings and guest speaker sessions to continually educate our team members on this important topic.

Our Impact

We make an impact by placing IT job opportunities in front of more minority candidates. Our committee members develop strategies to align with clients who have a commitment to DEI and put practices in place to build a pipeline of more diverse candidates.

MATRIX partners with organizations who are committed to diversity, like BDPA Atlanta, Birmingham Women in Tech, and WIT.
